We want you to love your Flo Bites experience. Because our seed-cycling snack bars are fresh, functional food items made without chemical preservatives, we maintain a flexible refund policy to support our customers while keeping health and safety standards first class.

1. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our blends with a 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee:

• If you are unsatisfied with your first Flo Bites cycle box, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your package.
• To qualify for a refund, we do not require you to ship open or unused food products back to us. Simply email us at hello@thehormoneessentials.com with your Order ID and sharing your feedback. We will issue a full refund or process a free replacement box instantly.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your package was damaged during shipping transit, or if there is any issue with product seal integrity:

• Please share a clear photograph of the packaging and items with our WhatsApp support line (+91 99999 99999) or email.
• We will dispatch a fresh, replacement box within 24 hours of notification, free of any shipping fees.

3. Subscription Cancellations & Modifications

You have complete autonomy over your monthly subscription box:

• All subscription updates, pauses, next shipment date changes, and cancellations can be executed instantly with 1-click in your Customer Dashboard.
• To prevent automatic billing, modifications must be executed at least 24 hours before your scheduled billing date. Once billed, orders enter dispatch processing and cannot be cancelled.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed instantly and credited back to your original payment method (bank account, card, or UPI wallet) within 5-7 business days, depending on standard banking cycles.
