We are dedicated to delivering your Flo Bites fresh and on time. We ship across India through leading courier partners to ensure safe and prompt delivery of your hormonal cycle wellness packages.

1. Shipping Rates & Free Delivery

We believe in transparent pricing. Our shipping costs are structured as follows:

• Free Delivery: All orders with a subtotal value of ₹1,499 or more qualify for FREE express shipping. This includes all Complete 28-Day Cycle Bundle purchases.
• Standard Shipping Fee: Orders below ₹1,499 are subject to a flat delivery charge of ₹80 anywhere in India.
• Subscription Deliveries: All active monthly subscription renewals qualify for FREE express delivery, regardless of the individual box value.

2. Dispatch & Transit Timelines

We pack our bars fresh from our sanitary production facility. Our delivery schedule is:

• Dispatch Timeline: Standard and subscription orders are processed and handed over to courier carriers within 24 to 48 hours of payment confirmation.
• Tier-1 Metros (Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Pune, Chennai, Hyderabad): Delivery takes 2 to 4 business days post dispatch.
• Tier-2 & Tier-3 Cities: Delivery takes 4 to 6 business days post dispatch.
• Northeast & Remote Regions: Delivery takes 5 to 7 business days post dispatch.

3. Shipment Tracking

Once your box is handed to our courier partner, we will email you a shipment confirmation containing a unique AWB tracking number and direct tracking link. You can also view active shipping updates on your Customer Dashboard.
